矽晶定序

矽晶定序以FPGA、ASIC硬體晶片,實現本地部屬的基因數據加速分析。2020年技轉自國立台灣大學和國立陽明交通大學,憑藉晶片設計及生物資訊演算法的成熟技術,不僅能執行定序數據的高效分析運算,且設備輕巧、功耗低,無須建置機房。矽晶定序期望透過對分析運算的突破,加速基因定序和精準醫療的普及。


GeneASIC Technologies is harnessing hardware-accelerated genomics analysis to address the challenges during the rapid growth of genomics data. GeneASIC was spun out from National Taiwan University and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in 2020. By leveraging solid research and development capacity, GeneASIC enables sequencing data analysis to be fast, portable, and on-premise. The technology is not only applied to short-read sequencing, GeneASIC is also disrupting long-read sequencing analysis. By optimizing every step in the sequencing analysis pipeline, GeneASIC can democratize high throughput sequencing technologies and popularize precision medicine. GeneASIC will empower everyone to obtain their personal genome information anywhere and anytime.
